Prices
are based on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis except by arrangement.
A
£50. deposit
is required to confirm booking
Occupation
is from 3pm on the day of hire and guests are required to vacate the cottage
by 11am on the day of departure.
Linen
is provided.
The
hirer is responsible for any damage, breakages or loss caused during the
stay.
The
accommodation and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy
satisfactory inspection of accommodation.
The
owner will not be held responsible for any accidents, loss or damage sustained
by the hirer, others or vehicles and goods of any kind.
The
number of persons stated on the booking form must not be exceeded without
proprietor's permission.
